Everything you need to plan a Joy’s ART chandelier with your designer, electrician or installer, in one place. Every piece is made by hand to order, so the product page, order confirmation or written quotation always has the final word for your specific piece.
How we size a piece
| Measurement | What it means |
|---|---|
| Diameter | The widest point of the fixture. Product pages show it as inches first, centimeters in parentheses, for example 13.8 in (35 cm). |
| Height | The height of the fixture body, without the ceiling cord. |
| Overall drop | The full length from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture. The ceiling cord is adjustable, so tell us your ceiling height and where you want the piece to hang. |

Materials and finishes
- Cotton cord and tassels, wood beads, jute, and metal frame parts, depending on the design.
- Colors and metal finishes can be adapted to your space. Tell us what you need before production begins.
- Natural fibers, wood and hand-finished details vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of the handmade character of the work.
Lighting and installation
- Most designs use E27 sockets. E26 configurations can be prepared for U.S. projects when confirmed before production.
- Bulbs are not included unless the product page or quotation says so.
- Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local requirements, with ceiling support suitable for the confirmed weight of the piece. We provide installation guidance for your electrician and installer.
Production, packaging and delivery
- Standard designs are made to order and normally take 2–4 weeks before dispatch. Large-scale, highly customized or multi-unit commissions typically take 4–10 weeks.
- Large or delicate pieces ship in purpose-built protective packaging or a wooden crate.
- Express delivery to most U.S. and European addresses is usually 3–10 business days after dispatch. Other destinations may take 10–21 business days.
- We share progress photographs during production, and video for project work, and send final approval media before dispatch.
