How we work

  1. Brief: Share drawings, reference images, dimensions, project location and target date.
  2. Proposal: We confirm scope, dimensions, finish, price, production schedule and shipping terms.
  3. Development: Material and construction details are finalized; technical drawings or samples are supplied when required.
  4. Production: Progress photographs and video keep the project team aligned.
  5. Approval and delivery: Final media is supplied before dispatch, followed by insured delivery and installation guidance.

Typical timing: 2–4 weeks for standard made-to-order pieces; 4–10 weeks for large-scale, highly customized or multi-unit commissions.

Project types

Restaurants and bars · Boutique hotels · Residential interiors · Stairwells and double-height spaces · Retail and showrooms · Event and feature installations

Technical support

Electrical configuration, canopy, suspension method, overall drop and weight are confirmed for each project. U.S. code, certification or field-inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and must be identified before production. Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician.

Delivery and installation

We ship internationally using insured express or freight services selected for the scale of the work. Large pieces are protected in custom packaging or wooden crates. Each shipment can include unpacking, assembly and installation guidance appropriate to the design.
